EAP application all done, turned in and ready to be accepted!! I only have good things to say about EAP. Wow...whew that's a lot less to worry about.

My EAP application is done!!! Let's just hope things go smoothly tomorrow and it gets in ok. Ahh, so much weight lifted off my shoulders. I'm so glad I'm taking French P/NP because now I never have to worry about studying.

Had a really weird aim convo with some random person...it reminded me why I don't really like aim. I only really sign on to talk to one person anyway...well maybe a handful of people...well maybe just one ;)

Today I got so much shit done...wow very productive. I have tons of stuff to do tomorrow...here's my list so far:
-make appt. @ Ashe for blood testing
-go to Ashe for blood testing
-get my volunteer hours signed off
-copy my eap app at kinko's
-call ucsb and pay them for transcripts
-find and check out book from yrl
-finish writing my eap essay

Well...that's all from me...feeling pretty good, it will be interesting to see how the week goes.

Today was crazy! I got up at 5:30am to go to Santa Monica with Dr. Ronni. I volunteered at the AIDS marathon training run (cheered people on and made sure they didn't get lost or off course). It was really uplifting and actually a lot of fun. Everyone was so excited and up beat. The runners really inspired me (and this was just a training course). I want to run a marathon sometime...I really want to do the Boston marathon. That would be incredible. Well, that's something to work to. Got back to campus a little after noon. Spent the rest of the day playing video games, watching the Bruins beat up on the Ducks!!! and watching movies. I've got to go crash now and get sleep b/c I'm so tired. I guess I'll catch up on my studies tomorrow? shit. oh well.

I woke up this morning with hope...thinking that it wasn't already over. I am dissappointed in Kerry, in giving up without hearing the final count. But what's done is done. My mood has improved as the day has worn on. And now I feel more motivated than ever to graduate and change the world. This country may not want some people to make it (or let them live free) but I will make it.

I am very excited to go abroad next year...I am in the home stretch with my application. I also did the numbers and if I get the classes I want in England I may be able to double minor. I will have tons of space in my schedule my 4th year...so I may become an LGBT studies minor! Very exciting. I can't wait for the classes I get to take.

I don't think I've been this proud to be a Californian and so ashamed to be an American.
